Evaporative Condenser

Operating Principle
The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant inside the coil exchanges heat with the spray water and ambient air outside the coil, gradually condensing into liquid phase. The induced draft fan provides strong airflow to ensure the spray water fully covers the coil surface, thereby significantly enhancing the heat transfer efficiency.
After absorbing heat from the spray water and air, a portion of the water is heated and vaporized into steam, removing a large amount of latent heat through evaporation. The remaining water in the PVC heat exchange layer is intercepted by the water baffle and collected. The air passing through the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by the water, and after temperature reduction, it flows into the collection sump. The circulating water pump then delivers it back to the spray water system for continuous recycling. Water lost to the atmosphere is replenished via a water level regulator.
