Here are four specific application scenarios of FNH condensor:
1.Matched with Freon refrigeration equipment / cold storage compressor condensing units.
2.Suitable for cold rooms, cold storage, freezing rooms, commercial freezers, cold chain, food storage.
3.Widely used in noise-sensitive refrigeration equipment.
4.Industrial refrigeration, HVAC, preservation cabinets.
FNH Air-Cooled Condenser: Installation, Operation & Maintenance
Install the condenser on a firm, level foundation with sufficient ventilation and clear airflow space. Connect pipes and wiring properly, then perform pressure and vacuum tests before startup.
During operation, monitor pressure, temperature, and fan running status; avoid blocking air inlets.
For maintenance, clean the coil regularly, check for refrigerant leaks, inspect fan motors and wiring, and replace filter driers annually. Always cut off power before maintenance to ensure safe operation.
Q: Why is the cooling effect poor?
A: It may be due to blocked fins, insufficient airflow, high ambient temperature, or improper refrigerant charge. Clean the coil and ensure good ventilation.
Q: Why is the unit making abnormal noise?
A: Possible causes include loose fan blades, unbalanced unit, foreign objects in the fan, or worn motor bearings. Check and tighten parts, remove debris, and level the unit.
Q: Can FNH condensers be installed outdoors?
A: Yes, but they should be placed in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources. Sunshade and rain protection are recommended to extend service life.
Q: How often should maintenance be done?
A: Clean the heat exchanger every 1–3 months. Check fans, wiring, and for refrigerant leaks every six months. Replace filter driers annually.
Q: What refrigerants are compatible?
A: FNH condensers work with most common refrigerants, including R22, R134a, R404A, R410A, R507, etc.
