1. Unpacking & Inspection
- Check the machine appearance for damage, bending, or broken parts during transport.
- Confirm fans, shell, wiring, and accessories are complete.
- Let the unit stand upright for at least 4–6 hours before powering on (to protect the compressor).
2. Installation
- Install the monoblock into the reserved hole on the cold room panel.
- Seal the gap between the machine and the panel with foam or sealant to prevent air leakage.
- Connect the power supply correctly (380V three-phase or 220V single-phase, according to the label).
3. First Power-On & Setting
- Turn on the power; the controller will light up.
- Set the required temperature:
- Fresh storage: 0°C ~ 5°C
- Freezing: -18°C ~ -25°C
- Set defrost mode and defrost frequency (usually 3–6 times a day).
4. Running & Checking
- Observe if the compressor starts smoothly and the fans rotate normally.
- Check if the cold room temperature drops steadily.
- Listen for abnormal noise or vibration.
- Check for water leakage from the defrost drain pipe.
5. Daily Operation
- The machine runs automatically — no need for frequent manual operation.
- Regularly clean the condenser and evaporator to keep good cooling.
- If an alarm appears (high pressure, low temperature, etc.), stop the machine and check or contact maintenance.
6. Shutdown Process
- Press the stop button on the controller first.
- After 3–5 minutes, turn off the main power.
- Do not frequently switch on and off in a short time — it will damage the compressor.
